Aggravated Assault w/ Deadly Weapon – Charges Dropped

After a 911 call led the police to our client’s residence, witnesses claimed that my client threatened his wife with a knife and a gun, a serious felony in the state of Florida. After letting the case ‘cool off’ a bit and getting our client into counseling and substance abuse treatment, we were able to convince the State Attorney’s Office to drop all charges against our client.
