Domestic Battery – Charges Dropped

Our client was accused of biting the father of her children.  She was arrested by deputies of the St. Lucie County Sheriffs Office based on this false allegation.  The first appearance judge issued a No Contact Order preventing our client from returning to her home and having contact with her children.  After hiring our law firm we were able to convince the judge to modify the No Contact Order and allow our client to return home to her children.  Within days of this hearing in front of the court we were able to convince the prosecutor that the accusations were meritless and the charges were dropped immediately thereafter.
