Florida Highway Patrol DUI – Charges Dropped

Our client was pulled over for a myriad of reasons, none of which amount to a traffic infraction. The Officer wrote in his report that “the driver changed lanes in a very slow manner, as if he were drifting the vehicle began to weave again touching the left and right lane marker with it’s tires.

We filed a motion to suppress, rejected a plea offer, and argued an arsenal of bad DUI stop case law at the evidentiary hearing.
State v. C.A.; 562010CT004381 (Saint Lucie County)
RESULT: Motion to Suppress granted. Case dropped.
